There are many ways you can help.
Doggy Day Out
Looking for an excuse to get outside? Have an adventure with one of our dogs! Get some exercise and give a dog a break from the shelter - sign up for our Doggy Day Out program and take a dog out for a field trip for a hike, a car ride and snack or have an overnight "pawjama" party. Spending time with dogs is good for you and it gives us valuable information so we can find a forever home for the dog. Doggy Day Out must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Share your Home
Foster pregnant cats or foster kittens without a mother (must be able to bottle feed several times a day and through the night) by completing the Cat Foster Application.
Become a cold weather Foster for dogs by completing the Dog Foster Application.
Corporate Service Groups
Build your team by adding to ours. Bring your co-workers or any group for a day of service. Contact us at havenozarksanctuary@gmail.com to schedule a volunteer day.
Court Ordered Community Service
Second chances are important here. We accept court ordered community service at a minimum of 20 hours, excluding drug, theft and violent offenses. Volunteers will assist with cleaning, feeding, and other projects as assigned. Volunteers must complete a prior to arrival.
